Southport & Irving (SIP) features globally-inspired American cuisine paired with handcrafted cocktails, craft beers and an international wine list. Executive chef Chris Barron’s menus are seasonally-driven and change frequently to capture the best of the season. The frequently rotating beer list is also seasonally-minded, with a well-chosen selection of craft beers from local and national craft brewers. Ardit Dizdari, SIP’s beverage director, offers a lineup of handcrafted cocktails peppered with classics, modern mainstays and seasonal selections. General manager/sommelier Anna Krajnik offers an international wine list highlighting smaller vineyards and boutique producers, with nearly two dozen by the glass choices.
